It would be an understatement to say that this band has a very eventful history. Their ass-kicking performances worldwide have won them well-deserved acclaim. Their following is huge (2M followers on Instagram) and their fans will be ecstatic about the reissue of twelve album highlights on coloured vinyl, released shortly before the group embarked on the European leg of their Rock Believer Tour. How lucky we were to experience this phenomenal band and their energy! Boy did they ROCK at Les Déferlantes, Barcares.
The band line up today includes singer Klaus Meine, Scorpions founder Rudolf Schenker (guitar), Matthias Jabs (lead guitar), Pawel Maciwoda (bass), and Mickey Dee (drums). Their incredible career began in Hannover, Germany more than half a century ago……..will they retire at the end of their current world tour? Is it really the ‘End of the Road’…..we shall see! But if it is it will be well-deserved!
