Such an exciting day – very hot but a little sea breeze was refreshing. The fans had come to see their favourite performers and they weren’t going to be put off by the high temperature! Many were already in place in front of the two main stages long before time in order to get the pole positions! The organisation of each was perfect and the timing very well co-ordinated which meant that as one performer finished on one stage, the next began very shortly after! And if you weren’t too fussed about being right at the front, the huge screens gave you excellent viewing while you sipped a glass of cool beer from one of the many refreshment areas!
Unfortunately I had to forego Sting because of certain constraints by the artists’ producers but nonetheless the line-up was already quite impressive! Lompal, Jok’air, Izia, Ska-P and who could miss Shaka Ponk!!
